Draft: Resolve "revise pencil of circles tutorial and add snapshot"

Open Shana Choukri requested to merge 662-revise-pencil-of-circles-tutorial-and-add-snapshot into develop

Closes #662 :

  • The script was changed so that if you run it, a sensible image appears right away.
  • The pencil of circles tutorial in the docs was changed slightly.
  • And a snapshot was added.
  • materials were created in the script, so that the snapshot is not all white
  • the text in the tutorial was adjusted slightly
