Draft: ddg.math.nets2d cleanup

This MR will restructure and document ddg.math.nets2d (via docstrings). Tests, where necessary, can be created consistently when

  1. Energies of ddg.optimize are moved to ddg.math.energies
  2. Our library has a database of common surfaces (isothermic, circular, Koenigs, ...) that can be used for testing
