Isolate pytest extra args and fail if not used

pytest extra args need to be passed after --

Until now the pytest extra args could still be passed by error before -- and get silently ignored.

New behaviour: fail if any non-recognized argument is passed before --.

  • notify everyone in the chat when MR is merged.
