fix ddg.conversion.nets.geometry.subspaces

The functions *_to_smooth_net return functions not smooth nets. Should both functions *_to_smooth_net have a parameter for the domain or *args,**kwargs for arguments of the smooth net ? Also parameter i=-1 is not used in plane_to_smooth_net.
